Hello, I'm Dakota!
I'm a Freelance Illustrator and Character/Creature Designer native to Florida. I think anything that is made or done with passion is art and there is no greater bond in society than that art. Whether it's the art of cooking a warm meal, paintings that let others know that they aren't alone, or clothing that unites niche communities, art is the very glue that bonds our world together and fills it with color and hope.
In addition to continuing my artistic journey, I intend to earn a library sciences degree so I can support my local community. There's no clearer destination to see the affects that art has on our bonds as a society than the library. You may think that, well of course that destination should actually be a gallery but I disagree.
Not only is art freely available to enjoy through the borrowing of books, movies, and even games, but the passion that the library shows to its community is art in itself.
