Terms of Service
I require half payment up front for all commission work.
I cannot offer refunds on any commission works that have been completed including prepayments.
However, in the event I cannot complete your commission, I will offer a complete refund.
As the artist (and real human being) behind every commission produced, I reserve the right to deny my services to parties who engage in abusive, inflammatory, or extortionate behavior.
Charge backs, false claims, and other behaviors which put my business and livelihood at risk will result in being blacklisted.
I accept Paypal and CashApp currently.
Trades of equal value are also welcome in exchange for my work including but not limited to physical goods (i.e, kandi, amazon wish list purchases) or digital goods (i.e art)
Trades are subject to negotiation.
By Commissioning me, you agree that you have read and will adhere to my terms of service.
I will also send a PDF for you to sign acknowledging that you have read and agreed to the terms both here and any additional that may be relevant to your commission such as acknowledging that your product is digital and will not include a physical product (or vice versa)
Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Will I receive a physical object in the mail if I commission you?
A. It depends! I do offer in-house printing of prints, stickers, bookmarks, and whatever other items you might like me to produce for you.
However, these will result in shipping and product production fees that will be noted in a quote. This quote will be submitted to you as a PDF which I expect to be signed acknowledging and agreeing to the price increases.
Q. I don't have the money to pay you for the second half of my commission. What do I do?
A. I can either cancel your commission or place you in a wait list. Once you have the remaining money for the commission, just let me know you're ready and I'll insert you at the back of the commission queue.
I cannot offer refunds of any kind.
Q. When can I expect my commission to be done?
A. I can have it complete in as little as the same day! This isn't a guarantee, but I am typically capable of completing an art piece the same day I start.
To be safe though, my expected completion time is one week. I do however, offer frequent updates and will keep you in the loop about progress on your commission.
